Alicia has ten years of wide-ranging experience leading brand strategy and elevating consumer connectivity via activation initiatives and digital marketing content partnerships for national brands and startups alike. A true brand cultivator, her contribution to the marketing activities at Muscle Milk™ was key to enabling the shift from a family-owned business to a mega-brand eventually acquired by Hormel Foods™. She then went on to build out the Social Media for That’s it™ to being listed as one of the Top 15 natural brands’ social media accounts to follow (Newhope Network).
She has a successful track-record of sales growth through brand awareness and activation campaigns. In the CPG, health and wellness, and sports marketing arenas, Alicia led consumer trials at hundreds of spectator events through Limited Time Only product campaigns with professional athletes and Division I college programs (University of Alabama, Florida State, University of Miami, and Syracuse).
Alicia’s result-driven, marketing and branding skill-set contributes to the agency’s nimbleness and capacity to address the fast-changing needs of today’s more ethnically diverse and digitally-savvy consumer. In the highly-competitive and shifting industry landscape, Alicia’s background is a highly leveraged asset given her wide portfolio of achievements in retail marketing, social & digital events, experiential promotions, and sports marketing, specifically with her history with iconic branded consumer-facing events, such as Art Basel, IRONMAN, and NYC Triathlon.
She holds a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management from Florida International University. She is native of Kingston Jamaica who has resided in Florida, New York, and California the majority of her career. She volunteers with various mentoring programs and is a 2014 NYC Marathon Finisher.
