Born and raised in Mexico City, Ana has over a dozen years of experience in public relations. Ana brings an acute knowledge and intimate understanding of Hispanic culture to her clients, including the National Honey Board, the Natural History Museum and the Santa Monica Museum of Art. In her role as vice president, Ana is primarily responsible for bilingual communications and media relations outreach, as well as event management.
Prior to joining RLPR, Ana worked for Formulatin as an account executive for Tecate, Tecate Light and Tequila Herradura, as well as at several prestigious public relations firms in Mexico City, where she worked as account director representing internationally-renowned brands such as American Express Co., FedEx, Adidas, Philip Morris and Nestlé-Purina.
Ana earned a dual bachelor’s degree in communication and public relations from Universidad Iberoamericana in Mexico City.
Her post-graduate education includes public relations courses at University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA), as well as other courses and seminars in the areas of public relations, creative writing and marketing.
