LA Bilingual Social Media Manager
Position Requirements and Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in public relations, marketing or related fields
• Two + years in a digital or social media function, listening, developing content and insights
• Excellent writing skills in English and Spanish to ensure materials meet the highest standard of quality according to the appropriate writing styles
• Depth of knowledge about social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest, Snapchat and Vine
• Experienced in defining brand voices on social media in a way that will enable the creation of compelling content
• Avid social listener to identify trends, best practices and innovative strategies that will deliver on client goals
• Monitor brand and topical sentiments to define actionable insights and key business drivers across campaigns, products and promotions
• Proven success in driving traffic and engagement among new and existing users
• Establish, track and surpass KPIs and develop performance reports based on analytics tools and insights
• Partner with account team to develop relevant social media extensions and rich content calendars that amplify PR initiatives, including graphics and videos
• Demonstrated experience in anticipating and addressing issues being strategic, proactive and assertive
• Identify and build close relationships with key influencers and vendor partners, including account managers at social media properties
