We created excitement around the upcoming local editions of the game by inviting residents to suggest iconic places for inclusion in the new board game of Huntington Beach and Santa Barbara. The campaign fostered a sense of pride and engagement among the community, as they actively participated in helping shape the new local editions of Monopoly. Through strategic media outreach, compelling storytelling, and a photo opportunity featuring Mr. Monopoly in key attractions of those cities, we generated remarkable results securing more than 35 M impressions across critical local media outlets.
