Revamping a youth sports tournament into an immersive entertainment event WE helped transform the SoCal Cup Boys Volleyball Tournament into an immersive 3-day festival. Strategic partnerships with diverse brands such as got milk? sponsored activations at the event, which we created different zones for that were dedicated to relaxation, entertainment, and family activities. We built out a vision of seamless navigation and clear branding to ensure a smooth experience for the attendees, where athletes could find reprive from between games, while a dedicated "sports lounge" catered to parents. This family-centric approach resulted in increased attendee satisfaction, financial success through sponsorships, and brand awareness exceeding 19 million impressions.
